-------------------------Production Process--------------------

Step 1 >>Cutting Material: use special cutting mould machine to cut the material.

Step 2 >>Printing logo:according to clients' requirement, printing eco-friendly ink onto the leather material.

Step 3 >>Machine Sewing: panel by panel, we connect  the side carefully.

Step 4 >>Install Bladder: After the surface leather panel connected together, we install bladder into the leather. 

Step 5 >>Hand Sewing: After installing the bladder, we stitch the final side of the leather by hands.

Step 6 >>Inspect: every ball will be inflated air and test the leakage problem.

Step 7 >>Molding: to let the ball more round and more beautiful, we will mold the qualified balls on the special mold machine

Step 8 >>Deflating: ball will be deflated by deflate machine to save the delivery cost, which also let the delivery more easy

Step 9 >>Package: we purchase good quality carton box, which is very suitable for exporting football goods
